III International Conference "Modern technologies of the soybean industry"
At the III International Conference "Modern technologies of the soybean industry" SocTrade demonstrated equipment by Perten Instruments, Sweden, and Neogen Corporation, USA. Nikita Mashovets made a report „On-line control of process technologies as a tool to increase the company‘s profit. On-line analyzers Perten Instruments“.
Continuous in-process control of soybean products at different stages of production can affect the optimization of the product composition and, consequently, increase the company’s profit.
Using the on-line analzyer DA 7300 by Perten Instruments enables real-time monitoring of the content of protein, fat, moisture and fibre in soybean meal and in other processed products.
A laboratory IR analyzer DA 7250 which uses a similar optical circuitry, software and calibration models, can be operated both in the laboratory of the enterprise and in the production facilities (at-line). The laboratory analyzer can be used to determine the content of main components (such as protein, moisture, fat, fibre, and ash) of raw materials and products (soybean, sunflower, rape, meal and cake of these crops) without grinding, as is, in less than 30 seconds.
DA 7300 and DA 7250 analyzers perfectly complement each other when they are used for the quality control of raw materials and products in the enterprise.
The DA 7250 laboratory analyzer and the AM 5200-A high-precision moisture analyzer were demonstrated at the booth.
